To become successful and profitable in the Staffing and Recruiting Profession, it is important to implement consistency and repetition. There is a Placement Process that if followed will result in a higher level of sales and profits.

The key to Sales is developing a process that results in your ability to close deals and then repeat the process. In order to ensure repetition, forms should be utilized to retrieve important information.
Forms you will need to utilize include:

• Application or profile form
• Reference check form (business and personal)
• Prep form
• Debrief forms for both job seekers and clients
• Job order forms

• Forms to track your numbers so you can calculate your individual ratios

Filling out forms guarantees consistency, repetition and also makes your job easier. You will make accurate decisions when you are comparing answers to the exact same questions. Resumes provided to you by candidates show you who this person has been and is currently, but doesn’t identify who they want to be in the future. Job requisitions provided to you by clients focus on what is important to the client without giving you selling points you can share with your candidates or details of their search efforts to date.

Forms and your notes on those forms also help you remember each candidate. You will interview hundreds or even thousands of job seekers and it is you notes that often bring you back to the initial interview you conducted with each candidate.
