or Recruiting Business

Written on June 12th, 2017 by in Blog
Most people are dissatisfied with their jobs, in fact over 70% of Americans are not engaged employees.  So that means over 84 million people don’t really like their job.  Are you one of them?  Is nine-to-five what you really want to do the rest of your life?  If you’re thinking of starting your own business you must face your fears head on.
FEAR #1        FAILURE
Imagine putting everything you have, your hopes, dreams, and money into starting your own business, only to watch it fail.  The fear of failure is at the top fears, even above the fear of separation and loss of autonomy.

You must understand that success can mean chasing your dreams and achieving your goals.  You must realize, staying at your current job could be a bigger failure and not allow you to attain your goals.
Often there is a fear that clients will not take you seriously because you’re a new business owner.  You then realize that everyone feels inadequate or insecure when they start something new.  It’s how you deal with those feelings that will determine your level of success.
You may fear rejection or ridicule which is right up there with the fear of failure for most people.  You will be surprised at how many people are willing to help, mentor and back you in your new business.  This often starts with your inner circle of family and friends.
FEAR #4        POVERTY
It can be very scary to go from a guaranteed paycheck to the unknown.  Too often this fear is caused by a scarcity mindset.   You can overcome this by letting go of your fears and opening yourself up to success and unlimited income potential.
When you balance the advantages of owning your own business vs. your fears, it’s easy to see how much more you can achieve as an Owner of a Staffing and Recruiting Firm.
