You’re not limited to placing in your specific location. You can place talent in any city in the country or even internationally. Many recruiters do not work their local market.
You will want to multi-use candidates and orders, which is why you will want to identify at least five or six clients in each geographic area. To flourish in this profession, you need to represent thirty clients- ten key accounts and twenty back up clients.
