Do You Want To Help The Unemployed Find Jobs?
Most Staffing and Recruiting Firms help people that are employed find a new opportunity. In fact, I almost lost my business because I was focusing on the job seekers who needed me most. I realized employers wanted me to present individuals with the skills, stability and experience they needed to hit the ground running. The Career Portal we have developed can help the candidates you will not place. You need to focus on the individuals who have the talents needed by clients you will represent.

How Long Will It Take To Setup My Business?
My Chicago office was on the Chicago River across from the new Trump Towers. It seemed to take a couple of weeks to tear down the Chicago Sun Times Building that was originally located on this site. When they began construction on the Trump Towers, it was months of noise and construction before any progress seemed to take place. They were spending most of their time making sure the building was built on a strong foundation. Once construction focused on the building itself, it seemed a new floor was added almost daily.
This is a great comparison to what it takes to set up your Staffing and Recruiting Business. You need to take 90-120 days to follow our 24 Lesson Plan which teaches you exactly how to set up the proper foundation for your business. If you do not set your business up properly, you are setting yourself up for failure.

How Do I Make Recruiting Calls With No Job Orders?
When making recruiting calls, you explain that you will take your direction from your candidates. If they ask you about specific jobs, you explain that until you have a chance to review their resume, your profile form and their answers, you’re not sure what opportunities to present. You don’t want to waste their time and will only present jobs that match what is most important to them at this point of their career. If you don’t have an appropriate opportunity, you can present them to your best clients or companies they would like you to target.
Most individuals are an automatic pilot through most of their life. They may not be happy in their current job, but they are comfortable and have adapted to their “rut.” Unfortunately, many individuals are forced to consider a career move when they find out their company is going to downsize and they feel their job is in jeopardy. Currently, job satisfaction is at historic lows – 82% are not happy with their career and would make a change of the opportunity presented itself. 8 out of 10 people are waiting for your call.
