Prospective clients can sense if you’re not confident in your ability to surface the talent they will hire. This is why it’s so important that you don’t worry about your competition. Learn to overcome objections, master your thirty second pitch and make calls expecting to succeed! There are many established recruiters who are not good or successful. Focus on mastering your skills and presentations!
