What Obstacles Should I Anticipate When Starting a Staffing or Recruiting Firm?

Written on July 30th, 2013 by in Blog

The greatest obstacle to any new business is putting in the effort and time necessary to learn this profession. It can be difficult to handle the level of rejection and it can affect your self-confidence.

There will be ups and downs, but every no is that much closer to a yes. If you follow the advice, systems and strategies in the Start Up Tutor and add hard work and focus, you will succeed.

The other obstacles you will experience will be from clients and candidates wondering why they should utilize your services as opposed to your competitors. We provide you with rebuttals to every objection and also provide you with scripts to have you sound like a tenured staffing professional.

You will not generate revenue for at least three to four months, so you need to be able to financially support yourself, until revenue is generated as a result of placements and fills. This is why we suggest that you continue working your full-time job (if you are employed) while you set up your business to provide yourself with a cushion before you focus 100% on your new business.

There will always be obstacles, but we will mentor and coach you through any that you encounter! If you’re ready to learn more about starting your own profitable staffing or recruiting firm, please enter in your name, phone and email to the right. You will receive special access to our free webinar entitled “How to Start a Successful Staffing and/or Recruiting Business in Today’s Economy” along with our free whitepapers.
